You agree not to use the Link Logos in any manner likely to give the impression
that you are affiliated with Master Saddles or that Master Saddles has sponsored
or endorsed your Web site, products or services.
You agree and acknowledge that this is not a trademark license by which you are
using the Link Logos to indicate the origin or source of any product or service
you offer.
You agree and acknowledge that Master Saddles is the sole owner of all rights in
the Link Logos, and that your use of the Link Logos will inure to the benefit of
Master Saddles. You agree not to adopt, use, register, or attempt to register
anywhere in the world any logo, trademark, service mark, trade name or domain
name confusingly similar to the Link Logos. You agree that you will not at any

LOGOS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY MASTER
SADDLES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF YOUR
USE OF THE LINK LOGOS.
Master Saddles, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify your permission
to use the Link Logos at any time. You agree that upon Master Saddles
termination of your permission to use the Link Logos, you will immediately cease
all further use of the Link Logos and any other similar mark, name or logo.
Master Saddles will grant qualified companies the right to use the Master
Saddles logo on their Web site, provided that the majority of their Web
site/business is run by Master Saddles products and/or services. Master Saddles.
("Master Saddles") is pleased to grant this permission on the following terms
and conditions listed below.
LOGO USAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your company represents and warrants that it is powered by a majority of Master
Saddles products and/or services.
Master Saddles grants a non-exclusive, non-assignable, limited trademark
permission to use the Master Saddles logo only in connection with the purpose
noted above.
Unless sooner terminated by Master Saddles as provided in paragraph 5 below,
this license will be in effect for a period of one year from the date of
execution and will be automatically renewed for successive one-year terms as
long as your company's Web site continues to run on Master Saddles products
and/or services.
Your company agrees that Master Saddles owns all rights in the Master Saddles
logo and that it will not contest the validity of Master Saddles rights while or
after this license is in effect.
Master Saddles, in its sole discretion, may terminate this license immediately
for any reason. Upon termination, your company shall immediately cease all
further use of the Master Saddles logo, or any other similar mark, name or logo,
including without limitation, any name or mark comprising the term "Master
Saddles."
No other usage rights or licenses are granted herein.
Master Saddles must approve all use of the Master Saddles logo prior to use.
Master Saddles also requires adherence to usage guidelines Master Saddles may
provide from time to time.
Proper attribution to Master Saddles is to be used in all reproductions, in the
following form: "Master Saddles" is a trademark of Master Saddles.
Your company will indemnify and hold Master Saddles harmless against any claims,
actions or demands resulting from or related to its use of the Master Saddles
logo.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas and all
actions relating to this agreement shall be brought to Texas. |
